Carol has always loved real estate and became involved professionally in 2003. WIth a degree in Mechanical Engineering, she desired to bring that same level of professionalism to the real estate industry while caring deeply about each of her clients. After obtaining her license in 2005 and quickly becoming one of Tulsa’s top realtors, she began to build BCO to an exacting standard based on the great honor of helping others accomplish their real estate goals. Today, Carol is truly blessed that BCO has evolved to be the long-standing top producer at McGraw Realtors and ranks as a top team in all of Oklahoma. She enjoys the rare privilege of working alongside her oldest son, Gannon, who now helps run the team. Married for over 37 years to her best friend, Michael, she has two grown sons and one daughter, all married with children, so she and Michael are now the proud “Cici and Geebs” to eight precious grandchildren!
For the past 30+ years Gannon has been a proud and dedicated Tulsan. Over the Past 10 years he has enjoyed building a career in Real Estate. He owns and operates several businesses in and around the real estate industry, the primary being Brown & Company at McGraw Realtors which he is honored to lead along with his mom and founder, Carol Brown. Brown & Co is not only the top producing team at McGraw since 2011, but a top producing team in the entire state of Oklahoma. Gannon has a diverse investment and construction background, and has apprenticed with several prestigious residential and commercial development groups in the Tulsa area. Gannon’s strengths include marketing, business development, investment strategy, professional networking, and real estate technology. Gannon’s motivation and drive are anchored by his loving family: wife, Kate and three wonderful boys, Jett, Kruz, and Trip.

Janis is a long-time Tulsa resident with a strong background as a business owner in a service-related industry. Her dedication and excellent skill set make her uniquely well-suited to real estate. She cares very deeply for each of her clients, and nothing makes her happier in real estate than handing Buyers the keys to their new home and announcing to Sellers that their home is now officially closed! She is the proud mother of twins who are graduates of OSU and now both live in Dallas. Her daughter is now married and her son is soon to be. She is a college football fan and is a member of Philcrest Tennis Club. She enjoys playing tennis and socializing with a great group of friends.
Stephen joined Brown & Co at the end of 2017 after transitioning from other sales and marketing roles in the Pharmaceutical and Energy Industries. With his background, strong work ethic and passion for real estate, he quickly became one of the team’s top producers. Originally from England, Stephen moved to the United States to play soccer at William Woods University in Fulton, MO where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Finance and Economics. He is very proud to have achieved his US Citizenship in 2021. He is married to his beautiful wife, Jordan, and they live in Midtown with their two Bulldogs, Oscar and Frankie. When not selling Real Estate, Stephen enjoys watching Soccer, working out and spending time with his wife and friends.
Ashley joined the BCO team in 2016 after moving to Tulsa from Lexington, Kentucky. With a background in commercial real estate valuation and hundreds of residential deals under his belt, Ashley is well positioned to serve a variety of clients whether they are first time home buyers, someone looking for their “forever” home, or investors expanding their real estate portfolio.
Outside of real estate, Ashley also has extensive experience working with international Christian non-profits as an event planner and in ministry as a pastor and church planter. He is currently completing his MBA at ORU. Ashley is married to Jamie, who is also a great agent on the BCO team, and their three incredible teenagers keep them busy. In his spare time he loves to root for ORU Golden Eagles basketball, read a good history book or cook something amazing on his Big Green Egg.
Grant moved to the Tulsa area when he was in 6th grade and has loved watching this community grow and improve over that time. He met his wife, Alex, while attending the University of Tulsa where he majored in marketing. After living abroad for several years, working across Asia, Grant and Alex decided it was time to move back to the US and plant some roots. Tulsa seemed like the perfect place to do that. Two Golden retrievers and one red headed daughter later- he says it’s the best decision they’ve made! Since joining Brown & Co, Grant has developed a love for helping people in one of their most important life decisions- where they call home.
Holly Sparks was born and raised in Texas where she graduated from the University of North Texas in 2013. She moved to Tulsa after her engagement to her now husband, Matthew, and joined BCO as our Listing Manager. After working closely with our Sellers in this role for over 2 years, she knew she was ready to transition into a full time Agent on our team and now works with both Buyers and Sellers. Her mom is a successful, full time agent in another city, so Holly knows from experience On New Years Eve 2020, she and Matthew welcomed their first child, Lincoln. Lincoln was born with Sturge Weber Syndrome and is preparing to have major brain surgery later this year. He is her hero and her WHY in regards to growing her real estate business with Brown & Co.

Blake is a native Tulsan who graduated from Victory Christian School. A true entrepreneur, he built and then sold a lawn care company before the age of 21. Real estate became his industry of choice for channeling all his business energy. He is passionate about real estate investments, whether residential or commercial, and helping people reach their real estate goals and he has intentionally focused on becoming grounded in both. Young and hungry, Blake is always looking for new deals and efficient ways to make his clients money. His hobbies include training Brazilian jui jitsu at Triton Fight Center, biking, and weightlifting.
Briley grew up in SE Oklahoma and is a third generation Real Estate Agent. She began her journey to Tulsa in 2008 and has spent the last several years utilizing her unique skill set in the world of new construction sales. She is always up for a challenge and loves to use her high-level problem solving skills to create a win-win for all involved. She joined Brown and Company in 2019 and has found immense joy in connecting people to homes they’ll love for a lifetime. Briley lives and breathes all things real estate. Briley and her husband, BJ, are the proud parents of 3 beautiful little girls.
Fulfilling your real estate dreams is what Jamie does best! Her enthusiastic, can-do attitude and caring nature are ideal for identifying each client’s desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals. She is a transplant to Tulsa from Lexington, KY, so she knows what it’s like to come to a new city and start from scratch. If she doesn’t have an answer, she will work tenaciously to find it!
Jamie has worked in many facets of the real estate industry; property management, accounting, marketing, staging, and working with buyers and sellers. Her background as the Vice President of a property management company and as the previous Listing Manager for Brown and Co give her a unique approach to real estate.
Outside of real estate, Jamie is usually hanging out with her husband, who is also a realtor, and keeping up with their 3 awesome teenagers. Otherwise, you will likely find her in the middle of a project on her own home. She loves design and DIYs and convincing her husband that these projects are fun!
